This forum has been established as part of the communication strategy to facilitate interactions between researchers/managers involved in the Grand Challenges in Global Health project, ‘Development of Bananas with Optimised Bioavailable Micronutrients’.
The purpose of the research forum is to:
- Encourage researchers to discuss project issues
- Provide a platform for discussing research protocols
- Support efficient communication of research findings
- Maintain an online database of images and protocols related to research, so as to improve dissemination of information between the three research nodes
- Maintain an online database of recently completed, in progress, and planned research, thereby facilitating milestone progress
- Improve interaction between members of the project team.
